Ripoff cashed my check never received product

I ordered the winter boots late in November. They cashed my check but never sent the boots. I called they said they were closed because of a move and would reopen Jan 6. I then tried to call the line was always busy. Finally got through they said the computers were not yet working to give them another week and they would contact me.

I waited 2 weeks tried calling again the phone lines were always busy. Got through they gave me the same story said I would be contacted in a week.

I waited and again the same problem with getting through finally got through and was told the boots would ship February 14. Here it is February 22 and no boots.
