I was contacted online by a "employment recruiter". They were to rewrite my resume and provide me with help on interviews. They provided me with an website address. After reviewing the website and flat rate fee, I was never contacted by the representative or any agent of the company. I sent numerous emails to both the company email address; as well as, the agents and never received a reply.
