Credit card maching was supposedly free, received lease agreement, never have seen this agreement or heard of this company, no copies of anything they sent me, this is fraud!

Our company signed up for a merchant service program to process credit cards. The sales rep promised no fee for the credit card processing machine—that they made their fees from the fees charges which were lower than the present company we are using.

We recieved a lease agreement from this company stating that we have a four year contract at $197.44 per month for four years! They have already started deducting from our bank account through automated withdrawal.

This company is part of an out and out scam. I have no copies of anything that identifies them as part of the scam but now they have access fo my bank account.

I will take legal action through the court system if necessary, but am hopeful that the company here in California will listen to us when I turn them in to the local District Attorney, local police, local chamber of commerces as well as any other entity that I can find that will listen.
