Dont use Top Man Merchants they are HORRIBLE!

Top Man Merchants out of King of Prussia Pa using the other alias Window Bars.com is not the company you want to order security windows from. They represent Guardian Angel, John Sterling, Kidco and the one I selected Mr Goodbar out of Canada. Order from the dealer by name directly or suffer the fate I had to after calling Top Man and ordering 5 Mr Goodbar window guards.

In a short synopsis this is how I fared: called and ordered with credit card 11/6/08 and was told 5-7 days, after 11 days called and emailed as was told te website was in error that is was 5-7 days to process AND 5-7 to ship, after 17 days called all the voice mail boxes of the 7 people listed and all were full, called the main number and again full, emailed several times and no response, called Mr Goodbar in Canada and they were shocked but had received a call recently with a no shipment. Mr Goodbar called and had the same trouble getting a return call but was able to attempt to resolve the issue. My order arrived 24 days after the stated date and was incomplete as only 3 of 5 arrived and 1 was not correct. Called Mr Goodbar who again was shocked at this horrible representation of his company name and brand poorly represented by Top Man Merchants.

Resolution: Mr Goodbar credited me the missing pieces, worked through the correct sizing and order, gave me a good deal and has been in touch regularily since then.

My statement remainsavoid top man merchants. Use direct supplier such as the wonderful company mr goodbar in canada!!!
