I ordered a wig from bobsanj.com on dec 14th. I paid by paypal. I know that it has only been 2 days but, Since they have received my money, I have emailed them numerous times regarding my order & I have received no confirmation of availablility, no approximate time of delivery, no tracking#, absolutley no communication. There is no excuse for it.

And on top of that, right after I ordered I saw a rip off report regarding someone else who had dealt with the same company on your site & had the same problem. It took her a month to get her money back. She won her case with paypal but it took time. So now I know what is coming. I want to get the process going and get my refund asap.

I have contacted paypal, as well as the BBB of new jersey. I am upset because not only do they have my money but, there is no reason for no communication. I know that they are getting my emails because they are not coming back as undeliverable when I email them using their e mail off their website. So this has to be a scam. And I want everyone to know about it. I guess from now on, I will have to look up any new business I want to make a purchase from on better businees bureau and rip off report first. I have learned my lesson.

And paypal should not be dealing with these people anymore either. I am really angry that my husbands hard earned money is now tied up in this process. And I have to wait unitil I get a refund to purchase something else elsewhere. So much for my xmas present.
