Uses The Name JACK Will not deliver equipment that we paid for up front

Jack real name Victor Stramondo of Capital Restaurant Equipment, sold us new and used supplies for our Pub Restaurant. We had to pay him up front in full or he said that he would not be able to deliver the goods we paid for. Weeks went on and our equipment did not arrive and when we were able to contact Jack he would say the equipment is on the truck and it would be there that morning, afternoon, evening, next day etc. He would lie just to get us off the phone, most of the time it would be statements like my battery is dying I'll call you back in 2 minutes or he is with a client he would ring back in 15 minutes. It was the same thing over and over. We decided to do some research on him and found out that his home was in Foreclosure and he had ripped off numerous buyers before us. Most of them cash buyers who could not report him to the Police.

We decided to contact the Police where a detective has been signed to our case in order that we can pursue a fraud case against him once they have gathered enough evidence.

Due to the fact that we have been delayed in opening waiting for equipment to arrive from Jack we have been forced to buy equipment from elsewhere. This leaves us with thousands of dollars out of pocket due to the fact of being Ripped Off by Jack (Victor Stramondo)

Jack of Capital Restaurant Equipment will lie about a lie, how he is allowed to continue to run a business without suppling goods that buyers pay him up front for is a mystery.
