Placed order for trail with agreement to pay shipment. Received bill for 69.95 on my credit card. Called merchant to advise did not want extra iteams. Have made numbers calls to merchant and only get recording with a ridiculous hold time (40-60 min) merchant has virtually become unreachable i am very disstisfied
