Overcharges, lies, cheats

MensUSA called me at home on a Sunday after I sent an inquiry. The caller strong-armed me into accepting a suit on a trial basis, promising free shipping charges. They did indeed send a suit, in the wrong size. No invoice included. The invoice emailed was just one sum total, $60 more expensive than advertised.

They did not respond to requests for a valid invoice that detailed what the charges were. I finally got an explanation by phone. I badgered them into agreeing to refund the overcharges.

I am very sorry I gave this company my credit card information. They will clearly lie and cheat, so who knows what will happen to my info. Sadly, I did not research the reports many from other unhappy customers before I purchased.
