My elderly mother ordered $52.75, with a money order, worth of gifts for Christmas 2002. As of this note, 2/20/03, she has yet to receive the merchandise. Being on a fixed income and ordered in good faith from Marvel, has been very upset and hurt.
I am in hopes that something can be done with a company such as this, who cashes the money order and just ignores any communication to find out about the merchandise that never came.
