Deceptive practices, inflated estimates, $95 charge for an estimate, threatening phone calls

Beach Appliance Repair DID NOT disclose that they charge $95 to give an estimate on appliance repair. They provided a VERY inflated estimate for fixing appliances and when we decided not to let them do the work, they sprung us with a $95 bill. They spent less than 1/2 and hour at the house.instead of trying to work out a compromise, they were abusive and rude to deal with by phone. Very unprofessional.
