Rude people. Will not refund my money even though I did not get product

I called and talked to someone and they weren't very friendly. It's not fair to us individuals to be taken advantage of. Because I didn't receive there product they still took money from my account and plan on taking more. I will now have to go and change everything on my account. They say it's the terms and conditions people don't understand, well make them visible enough and more understanding as to "terms and conditions".
