Dangerous and potentially illegal collection

I have read what others have said about this company. I have experienced a lot of the same problems. I believe they are collecting debt illegally.

My connection to the "Cavalry" is through a lawyer's office, which seems to legitimize their activities, however:

1) I was never informed of the court dates when the judgment was first issued or whenever they took my money.
2) They took money that was exempt (e.G., my children's survivor social security payments from their deceased father).
3) They placed garnishments on my bank accounts and wages while I was keeping up monthly payments.
4) The original debt was for $7837 and I have paid them over $15,000 in the past seven years.

I would be willing to start a class action suit against them. Anybody with me?
