Vanderbilt Mortgage / Clayton Homes has been overcharging customers on their monthly mortgage payments and they have finally been called to task.
In December (next week to be exact) action will be taken on behalf of consumers who have been overcharged by this company, and from what I have read so far about this matter - —IT IS ABOUT TIME.
