Dating Community Beware - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DATING SOLUTIONS

For those who have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with On Line dating and feel that there is a better way to meet people, please do not fall for the lines by Dating Solutions. Dating Solutions states that they are there for you and are committed to matching you with like minded individuals. All dating solutions is, is a flim flame con artist company that makes a hard sell, plays on the emotions of people that have been burned by internet dating, and in turn, takes your money and your trust.

I have been dealing with Dating Solutions since March of 08'. I did not receive referrals as I was told, there was no communication whatsoever with the company and when I finally did contact the company - they moved and did not leave a forwarding address or telephone number. For two weeks they were unavailable. After several months of no referrals I finally get something in the mail that stated that they had moved - WEEKS after I initially tried to contact them and received a notice that the telephone number had been disconnected.

The Better Business Bureu was notified and Dating Solutions lied about getting in contact with me. They just stated that the purchased the business in February of 08' and any past customers were pretty much on their own... Funny, I signed up in March of 08'.

Finally, after months of trying to make contact with this company, I get a phone call from the Director - John Lewis - his first words to me (after I returned his phone call and left a message) was, if you are expecting a refund, that will not be happening. They would be more than happy to FINALLY send me referrals - after 9 months by the way - but would not hear at all about how horrible the service was, how disappointed I was, nor that I wanted my money back.

His response "I guess we will see you in court". They, he, whomever, purchased this business and they should honor the contracts that they sold - if NO committment was kept on their end then I fully expect a FULL refund - The service with this business is horrible, the people are non existant and I fully believe that this is a front for someone sitting at home doing the work and there really are no real referrals.

Just beware, tell all your friends, and be sure not to give this business one minute of your time nor one dime from your paycheck. It is not worth the hassle.
