Unauthorized debutt from my bank account

Today 12/11 I noticed on my bank account that 2 amounts were deducted from my bank account when I went online to see my bank records. These 2 amounts of $14.99 each were not authorized by me! When I read this I went on-line to the company and found that I was not alone!!! There were others that it had happened to.
Now I have to go to my bank or call the 1-888-243-6185 to see if my bank account can be re-credited to my bank.
