Overcharged, did not deliver certain items, did not provided services paid fo

The compnay overcharged me for packing materials.interesting how the sales rep/estimator was very accurate in estimating the weight of my shipment, but said it would probably be few hundred dollars for packing and it turned out to be thousands. I paid $500 extra to have 2 large statutes crated. They were not.

I paid to have several items that were disassembled at pick up assembled at delivery. The delivery person refused. There are 2 ladders, a new Canon printer and at least 2 boxes that were not delivered. The delivery person did not provide me with an invoice and told me that he did not did one as all my items were in one location in his truck.

One of the statutes was damaged and a piece of a fountain was broken. I emailed the company several times-no response. When I called them all they would give me in the toll free number to a claims company. They do not appear to accept any responsibility or accountability. Stay away for Win Van Lines! Unfortunately, the current laws that regulate the moving industry provide more protection for these dubious companies than they do the consumer.
