Fraud, overcharged Boston And Place In CA

In may we ordered a full-bred chocolate lab from Angelo. He spoke about how great his puppies were and that he would bring the mother and father dogs to your house with the puppies so that you could see the parents and then pick one of the puppies if you decide to. He told me that i would get a discount if we paid for the dog in full. He told me the price would be $795. But he ended up charging $1100 on the credit card. He promised to fix it, but never did.

He was awful at getting information from. I demanded pictures of the puppies parents and of the litter. He did end up sending a few pictures but after some research it turned out that the pictures he sent me were just stolen pictures from the internet.

Then it is getting closer to the date that we were promised to get our puppy and he is impossible to reach. I couldn't even leave a voicemail because his mailbox was full (i imagine from other people he scammed). All of a sudden, the day before the puppy was due to us, he called me and said to pick the dog up at the airport (never was part of the agreement). He said the puppy would be coming from ohio, as it was staying at his brothers house. We did go to the airport because we were so excited about a puppy that we were pretty much blinded by all the scams we were facing with this guy.

Our puppy was in a tiny little crate with another puppy.

We had been promised an english breed lab - it turned out that our puppy is the american breed. We love our puppy so much now and it has been 1.5 yrs since we've gotten her. I wouldn't trade her for the world BUT the key here is that this man, Angelo Amadio, was an awful businessman and he charged us too much, committed fraud and could do this to other people. I did see 5 other complaints about him on this website and that's what drove me to comment myself (although it's pretty late).
