Pretty deceptive

This is not so much a complaint as opposed to a warning. I almost booked my moving date with this company and like several of these complaints I was told by my salesperson that they were the moving company that would move me. Now, I was not moved by them because after contacting several companies I was told by a few local movers out of Arizona that they were in fact a broker and only had 1 or 2 trucks and sub out most of their moves which would have been o. K with me if they had told me that when I asked. Another questionable item was the weight and price they quoted me on, they quoted me on 3,500 lbs. And the price was $1,200.00 which sounded great but after speaking with a few reputable companies I was quoted on 5,800 lbs. For over $4,000.00 and told how this company works. They quote me a low price and when their "subcontractor" shows up my weight balloons to double and my price is double. I feel that this company is giving low quotes and then not assuming responsibility afterwords. I am glad I used a local Arizona company that provided me with great service and did not get taken for a ride.
