I purchased a pair of brown Rockport boat shoes for $140.00. When i wore white socks the shoes would turn my socks brown. I thought after a period of time the problem would disappear but it never. I boxed up the shoes and paid $20.00 to ship them back to Rockport. About 2 months later i got a letter instructing me to contact there Canadian office which i did. It has been about 6 months now and i have not heard anything from them. I sent them a second letter and still no reply.

This was about my 20th pair of Rockport shoes but my last.

A company big or small should respond in some way to complaints pertaining to there products.

Buy the way the colour would not wash out of the socks.
