Buyer be ware this is a scam only in business to rip you off scam

I was looking around the internet for grant money. I came across this web site stating if you only pay $1.98 they will send you a disk. This is all you have to do. So I did this. 8 days later they took out another 69.95. I only authorized 1.98 but here is where it get scamy (new word ha) anyways. I call my bank and try to dispute. They said I had to contact the merchant. I did and they said that I should have read their site even the fine print. When I ok for them to take the $1.98 they said unkown to me that I was joining something and this was a membership due. I was livid I never would do this. For one I don't have 69.95 per month for this. So my bank want help me stating that visa has changed the way they will handle this. That the merchant has to give me my money back. Like that is going to happen. I feel like the banks are protecting these people. I am so pissed off. Not sure what to do. This company is a scam from the word go. When I called my bank the agent quoted what they told me. She said that she has had tons of these. So I am out 69.95 and I am mad. Buyer Be ware of Grant University. They have two web sites. The first one tells you up front. Then the second one has it way in the back on the third page hidden. Please watch out for this company if you can call them a company. I would call them crooks
