Another typical scam done with another big company name GIANT - AT&T, and they don't care

Yes, I yet am another person involved in another scam with at&t. I recieved a bill today that had a extra charge from a company called METELINE TECH, INC. For $12.95 with Tenn. State tax of $1.10, a total of $14.05..

My wife called METELINE TECH today to see who or what this company is, they say it's a company that I set up some type of voice mail through my e-mail account. My wife advised them that no such thing has ever been done by me. My wife asked for a number, they gave it, My wife asked for the mailbox number, they gave it, I apparently need a password to get into the mailbox, they say I set it up, so I should have it.

My wife stated many times to the METELINE TECH operator that I have never heard of them and asked to take care of this problem, they respond that this is the small bill that we recieved this month, the next month it will be bigger & $164.00. The operator then states that I can disconnect for a small fee of next moth's bill of $164.00 PLUS $49.00 a total of a friendly total $213.00 that I never ordered.

I don't really know where to go from here other than call at&t tomorrow, if that does any good. I am sure that I am not the first person and will not be the last to hear from this company. I would welcome or appreciate any and all help from anyone that knows how to go about this matte
