Ripped Me Off A 40inch HDTV and $160

These people say they ship your merchandise to any caribbean country through DHL or Fed-Ex, i gave them my 40inch samsung hdtv that i bought new on Amazon.com for $948. To be shipped to Trinidad in the west indies, they came to my door in brooklyn, made the pickup, gave me a receipt, for the $160 that i paid to them and eveytime i called they could never give me a tracking no. Neither an arrival date, now when i call they no longer answer the phone, all i get is voicemail, they picked the tv up on the 23rd of oct and to date no tv has ever arrived at the shipping destination
