Viloation of Title IV Loan Program

King's College has applied for all of my financial asst. Since I applied, which probably was a mistake. They have applied for more money than I needed and they decides upon themselves that they would just use my money anyway that they want to using a stipend check that belongs to me, saying that I have to pay the amt. Of money against a loan that they say I have to them. I feel that the funds are owed by me and I should have the right to do what I want to do with the money. They are also charging me for tuition and lab fees that I am not using to finish this program. This is misusing of others money I feel. They refuse to let me attend my internship because of it. They have also constantly threat us (students) about money and attendance that I feel has been a wrong way of business.
