Received a phone call, which we thought was a call associated with our credit card, because they knew that the last four digits of the account and as we aggreed to the promotion they knew the rest of the number, without us giving them the number (should have been the first clue).

After thorough review of the materials we decided it was not in our best interest to use this buying service. So we called the number provided and was told since we didn't cancel within the prescribed time period of 7 days therefore we would charged for the entire amount for the month which amounted to over $70.00.

They started counting the day the order was received, instead of the day we received the information. Normal postage delivery is at least 5-7day delay in the mail. Now they have you for first months charges (not bad for the cost of a mailing).

When I called coporate and was told by a recording that the wait time was 7 min (which really turned out to be 53 min. 17sec). After explaining the situation in order to cancel the service the corporate customer rep rudely said they would have to charge us for the entire month, unless we could fax them the envelope with the postage mark. I'm sure we are not unusal in that we don't keep all the envelopes we open just in case we need to fax them to a company for verification of receipt. So Buyer Beware
