This company does not clearly state that the downloads are not a single purchase but result in a monthly subscription fee being charged to the phone.

The confirming text message is poorly (or deceptively) worded.

The company does not make any effort to confirm that the alleged subscriber is of an age to subscribe to or agree to anything.

They refused to refund the subscription fee when I called (this was my daughter's phone) and I found the customer service person to be condescending and arrogant.
