Is a ripoff

I just received my bank statement on November 24 and noticed peoplepc took out $10.95 out of my account without my authorization, I canceled my account back in August. And the rep i talked too, was suppose to close down my account in August when i seen i was being charged for internet services, i called them. They gave me the run around stating, when i closed down my account i accepted the extra free 2-months, they offered me. Now why would i accept 2-free months of slow dial-up, when i had AT&T DSL. That was their excuse for charging me for internet services i didn't use for 3-months. Something needs to be done about this company, i am seeing everywhere on ripoff, that they are charging other people too.$10.95 may not be alot of money to some people, but that was my money & they had no right taking that from my bank account without my authorization, not to mention i haven't had a account with them in almost 4-months.
