Rotten Service Provider the business that doesnt give a dam

I have had continuos problems with using Sprint as my cell phone service provider for more than a year. They love to shut down your service for ridiculously un-business like plan reasons.

I have over 9000 minutes in my plan, I have automatic payment through my credit card and still found myself on a business trip without service.

Although I only used 1500 minutes total I was shut down because my outside of plans hours are only 1200 minutes and I had used 1300. Forget the fact that I still had 7500 minutes that were unused. Sprints response was that the additional usage needed to be paid immediatly when you exceed any of the allotted minute usage areas.

I asked why wasn't my card debited (since I have automatic payments set up) the response was they only submit for payment at the specified end of billing period and if you exceed minutes requiring immediate payment you need to make seperate arrangements to pay that portion.

I asked why they don't pre notify you and they said it was my responsability to manage the minutes better and try to spread usage out over all the different time allotments. I guess I should tell my clients that I need to wait for the Sprint plan times that still have usage allotments before I call.

I asked was there anything I could do so that if my business usage put me above my segmented usage but I was still within my total minutes couldn't I arrange to have the additonal money debited immediatly so my service wouldn't be interrupted and was told no, there is nothing I could do except stay within each alloted minute section.
I am going to cxl my plan and pay to break it. I will tell everyone I know to boycott Sprint.
