Do not get involved with this company!

I went to a seminar and thought I would try this package out, after all, it had a refund option provided that I returned the package before a specified date. I returned the purchased package before the requested time and was told that a refund would be forwarded to me.

Then started the phones calls to them to try and get this refund. We, my wife and I, call every month, and have been told:

1. That we will be in the next mailout.

2. That they are running behind.

3. When put through, no one answers the phone, or it is answered and they say the person that looks after that is not here at the moment and they will ring back. Yea right...

We even contacted the Better Business Bureau in Florida. Surprise. They do not belong, but they contacted them on our behalf and we received a letter from them with a note stating that 'They are on the listing for the next mail out'. Sound familiar? That was nearly a year ago.

I feel sorry for their staff for the abuse they must go through, by the fraudulent practices that their management practice. I wish I was able to get to Florida and visit personally to see what their excuse would be then.
