Moccasins ordered in May. Check for $16.95 cashed in May. Correspondence since September has been ignored and full of lies.

I have repeatedly asked for a refund and been repeatedly told "check is in the mail". Have never received a refund to this date. 2/10/03.

Pauline at customer service is a liar and a cheat. She refuses to submit a "hard copy" address of their physical location or the name and number of a supervisor I can contact. She has single handedly ignored my requests for a refund since Sept. 2002. I have contacted them repeatedly to no avail.
