Cheap overpriced charms, arrived bent & broken took 32 days to receive after request to send! Cincinatti

I paid on EBAY immediately and responded to color choice immediately. After I had not received the charms (9) for $41.25 after 28 days. I sent her an email asking when I would get them. She sent very rude response to simple question. After a back and forth fight she kept sending rude and harrassing emails to me... Threatening me if I left her negative feedback; she would get me banned from ebay. All I wanted to know is when I am getting my charms. The lady had my $41.25 and I just wanted my charms.

Finally, I had to file a claim and only after I filed the claim did she then begin the process of sending the charms... Half were the wrong color and were zippers instead of charms, two were bent and one was broken. I couldn't believe how rude she was the entire transaction and that is why I filed a claim and left negative feedback, she retailiated by telling ebay I did feedback abuse... All I did was tell the truth.

She is threatening me and lied about me in the response saying it took me at first 10 days and then at 2nd two weeks for me to respond to her-UNTRUE! I responded immediately. She has alot of negative feedback that is why she was so volital. I paid immediately and responded to any questions immediately... She threatened to not send the charms and to report me. I couldn't believe it... I have never had to leave negative nor has anyone left me negative... Horrible experience and it makes me not want to go there ever again! She was so rude and unresponsive to my simple questions, it was such a bad experience I could NOT believe it.
