We were liars! We sold books in areas that didn't even have testing, ie. Georgia, Arizona, Kentucky, Tennessee, etc

I am an ex employee of Exam Services. I was very wary about working for them but, I needed to feed my 8 kids. I called the job after the name change and I asked was this company Exam Services and the Employee by the name of Nigel Greer told me that they were never called that and the name of the company was Testing Authority. Exam services had so many BBB complaints that they changed the name in order to combat the complaints. The name was E.S. One day and the next day without any warning we were T.A.
This company is a scam a ripoff whatever you want to call it. I was on the inside looking out. I hated the fact that I skillfully lied to mothers who really wanted to change their situations and better themselves but, we took advantage of them by coercing them to buy something that they didn't need. We told them that a direct link to register for the exam will be included in the study guide. Our rebuttals didn't even answer the questions that the clients asked. We skirted around the issue. Like if they asked if the PO was hiring we would say "Typically you will be placed in a position within 30 miles of where you live." We didn't tell them that they could be refunded if a testing site isn't within 100 miles of them. We had a lot of b s with us. It got so bad that I wanted to be the one to pull the plug on this company but, the company is slowly reaching it's breaking point. The thing that the consumer can do is complain to the credit card companies and the company will get a lot of charge backs and that will be the end of TestingAuthority. Oh yeah and we lie and say that we are registered with the BBB we were not b/c we had too many charge backs to be placed on the BBB's list as a reputable company.
