Com, PromoModels. Promo Models Fails to pay within 90 days for work that was done and refuses to answer phone calls

I worked for a job for Promo Models May 13th-15th in Libertyville, IL. As the agreement says, I should have been paid within 90 days. As of today, November 18th, I still have not been paid.

I have worked with them previously and my tax forms are all currently up to date, which was verified on May 14th, with the Account Executive, Hilary.

I have sent many emails to everyone at the company and left many voicemails. On August 14, Hilary Troutman responded to my email and told me "We will be sending your check out in the next 3-4 weeks and will send an email with check number at that time." I never received a check and they continued to ignore my emails once again.

Currently, I have done everything I can to solve this issue and my next step will be to contact the client and file reports with every agency until they pay me the money I am owed.
