Phillips/Carlyle International Or PCI Deceit; Non Responsive; The WORST Possible Investment for your Employment Future...

A tide is apparently building against this company. My experiences echo or mirror all of the comments listed previously. This organization MUST be brought into the limelight and rightfully refund those who have formally asked for compensation or face a growing number of us in Omaha who have had enough.

Formerly PCI, they paint a beautiful picture of how you are being "underpaid" at your current position and tout how they have a special relationship and subscriptions with those companies where they will put you in front of the decision makers. I've also been with this company for over a year WITHOUT ONE INTERVIEW OR LEAD of any kind. Great promises are made and the counselors beg continuously to give them 60 more days.

Refund requests fall on deaf ears. The company doesn't care and the counselor turnover is faster than a revolving door. Name plates are put on "sticky notes".

I too received my white book with practice interview questions (perhaps the only useful item for my $4000), the Aren't We Great Seminar, and useless job openings culled from monster.com; flipdog.com; careerlink.org; lincolnjobs.com; and other help wanted sites.

Their clientele continues to grow despite Carlyle's pledge to limit the number of customers. Walk into the waiting room and it may be 15 minutes before someone even welcomes you but don't forget your checkbook at that 2nd meeting.

Make an impact everyone. I don't need to rehash my experience as it was all laid out in everyone's report previously. Mine is the same. Go to the Better Business Bureau website and file a formal complaint. Carlyle brags about their BBB rating and so it's time to make it a bit painful for them and get the BBB to pull their "satisfactory" rating. Hmmmmm, I wonder if the BBB has a "mediocre" or "piss poor" rating they could put on them instead.

Potential clients: You are fools if you hand this company a check. Please please please learn from the mistakes the rest of us have made.
