Repeat calling my home phone and harrassing my for a debt that is not in my name

The individuals at this company continue to call and leave messages on my machine to call and have recently sent a collection of debt letter to my address that has a name on it Marcus Jones and I have repeadtly told them that there is no one here by that name and stop calling or mailing. I was instructed by a gentleman at their company to return the letter with not at this address written on it and they would remove my phone number from their system.

I did this and just one week later they phoned again and in returning the call was talked to very rudely by the lady that answered and in hanging up and returning a call to get the address of the company a lady was very rude and illusive about divulging this info and stated that my number was not in their system.

These people are very unproffessional and it is my thoughts that they did not nor have not got the clue that I am not whom they wish to speak to. I told the last lady, I have lived at this address for 9 yrs and no one by that name has lived here and that I also had my local phone company to investigate my number and no one by the name of Marcus Jones has ever had this number. She was very unresponsive to this info so I informed her of my intentions on reporting this harrassment to the credit bureau and also the local attorities.
