Global Security Concepts - GSC - Southern Highlands Security Taking and waisting residents of Southern Highlands hard working HOA dollars

Well here it goes, as a current employee of this company I am taking a great risk exposing the truth about Global Security Concepts. Let me start at the top and work my way down. Fardin Kahn - Chief of Operations for all of GSC born in India with no prior Law enforcement or security experience what so ever (this was verified with an extensive background check) and still not an American citizen somehow got a license from the Nevada Attorney Generals Office to provide private security in Nevada. If I'm not mistaken, you have to be a citizen of the United States and have five years prior security and or law enforcement experience, which he has neither. Now we have a potential Muslim terrorist providing security to a high end community in the United States of America.

Froilan Pecson Director of Security at Southern Highlands has no prior law enforcement experience, but does have some unarmed security experience sitting behind a desk at Allied Barton, not at an executive level but as a field supervisor.
He was tipped off that he was being fired and quit. Now he is Director at Southern Highlands for GSC? Gets even better, he carries a gun with no magazine in it and or no bullets the majority of the time. Keep in mind this is a contract for armed security guards. And we have pictures of this too.

Lead Supervisor Tyson Ruiz at Southern Highlands has no law enforcement experience some armed security experience with TSI. TSI was about to fire him for sleeping on the job numerous times. That was before TSI lost the contract for Southern Highlands to GSC. TSI also stated they would never hire him back "as he was not a model officer" and believe me he still isn't at GSC. Get this he leaves the Southern Highlands property constantly in Olympia Managements trucks that are "never to leave property unless service is being performed on them" when he should be out patrolling and protecting the property and residents of Southern Highlands.

Here are some policies of GSC, I will have to make them short and simple. Lets look at the crime rate first this can be verified threw the LVMPD web site under crime stats. It has gone up drastically since GSC has taken over the contract to include home robbery's/invasions, fights, car burglary's and so forth. GSC's use of force policy; they don't have one, they say you just follow the NV State policies kind of hard when they don't let you carry chemical sprays and or taser devices and tell you "we are a hands off company". Mr. Froilan Pecson states and I quote "the weapons we carry on our belts are for our protection only, not the residents of Southern Highlands, we are not here to prevent crime, if you get into an altercation or see one you are to leave immediately whether it be life or death". Wait a minute, I do believe GSC was hired to prevent crime from happening and that would be why we are armed security, not to mention it is morally wrong. GSC policy on possible home robbery in progress or when a resident calls the GSC dispatch center for the same "upon arriving do not enter the home or clear the home for any reason let the resident enter the home first" I'm going to stop there because any semi - intelligent person would see the problem at Southern Highlands.

This report was made in hopes that the residents of Southern Highlands members of HOA would see what they are really paying for and not be scammed or left in the dark to what is really going on in their neighborhood. Please contact Olympia management or the board members and get this reckless incompetence changed.
