Rip-off

I was called back in August about this credit card and so I believed and they took $199.95 out of my account and I placed an order and never received any response and so I called my bank and cancelled checks that I wrote to them but still I am out the money and they have some important personal information and I am worried about that. So I need help on this or some one needs to look in on this business.
