Chris Tatum Scam... False claim of money back guarantee... Poor service... Etc

The salesman Chris Tatum stopped by and pursued us to buy some meats. Being a low income family we thought it was a good deal. We bought steaks, chicken, and pork and were promised a free set of steak knives. We have yet to see the knives and the salesman also promised if there was anything we didn't like he would replace it. Yeah right! We have called and called and he has made appointments to come by and never shows up or calls.

When we call (336) 662-0000 which is on the menu left i speak to some lady who claims as well to file a report and fix things. This has been going on for 2 weeks and nothing has been solved. The bad thing is we weren't even asking for our money back just replacement meat because all of the chicken has been horrible and the sirloins were tough. But now we are at the point a refund is totally due!!! I would not reccomend this meat service to anyone.
