Gary Travers Sold me a dog with major genetic issues

Thundermug Neapolitan Mastiffs sold me a dog that was not as agreed. I purchased the dog over the internet. Gary Travers sent me pictures of a different dog or he hide the fact the dogs tail was deformed. I told him before I purchased it that I wanted the pup for breeding as well as a family friend. As the pup developed
a new defect presented itself, only one testicle dropped. I wrote and called Gary Travers several times and he would not reply until I explained in a letter that I was going to take this to another level. At this point he had his wife call me a tell me he would replace the pup. It's now a year later and we are back to no reply.
I consider this report the next level.
