Charging for a program that was never used Tampa Florida

I bought a trial from Craigslist make money at home and they said that they were supposed to send me the information which they never did. Now after my free trial they started charging me these monthly transactions without my consent.

I never used their program nor i even logged into their site b/c i didnot have any information. I then called them to ask for my money back and they tell me that they cannot refund the money b/c i went over my free trial.

These people are the worst. Fine if i went over my trial but then again i never received anything nor i used their system not one bit and they still want to charge.
