Texas Home Electronics, Inc. Is the worst alarm monitoring in Texas. The customer service is horrible, management does not value their customers, which reflects back to customer service. I would never recommend this alarm company to anyone. The response time to contact homeowners in an event that security is breach is over 10 minutes.
