Placed order #180114 for 5 discontinued christmas gifts. Website stated 5 avail. Order processed for 5 and paid with c/c. Shipping charges for the 5 items were $17.95. Received order, however incomplete. Only 3 items were sent. Full shipping fees were charged. No contact was made by gift collector stating partial order was being sent! When spoke to them they stated we need to send items back at our own cost. Very poor website to deal with.
