Lied to me, Didn't give me a contract for wk., taking Wash sales tax dont have a UBI

MBF leasing came to my bussiness told me and my partner (at the time) it was a 2 yr. Contract. My 2 yr. Is just about up so i was going to stop it they said i could't do that it was 4 yr. That was one lie. I wonted out of the contract 3 day after i signed. I new i was beeing scamed. They take sales tax out of every payment but dont have no ubi (wash. Sales tax number) All they told me was their Federal #Whichis 1333628201 is one they gave me 2 the other one is 32-362820. Their collecting sales tax and not giving it to Wash. State. I only signed 1 page then all thes contract came. We didn't have the right to read them first. These people need to be delt with iron fist that's how there dealing with us. I feel intimidated by them. They also said there is noting I could do about It. Please help me some body I am a very small bussiness and can't aford this THANK YOU
