Rip-off I've just submitted to an acceptance certificate sent to me to apply for a platinum card credit line of $5000 if sent a check for $45

I haven't received the card yet. I just submitted an acceptance certificate and sent a check for$45.00 membership, on 1/16/03. I was trying to get online with this company, when i saw these rip off letters. I guess, it was good that i was browsing and came upon this. So, i
guess, i should return the card and ask for my check back, when the card does arrive. I guess $5000.00 credit line was too good, to be true.

This certificate came from consumer first, p.O. Box 15386 tampa, florida 33684-5386 with no email address.

Thank you for posting all that info online. I would have been another victim
