Chris Cox my brother-in-law said... Just like Armando Montelongo in "Flip This House" show

He worked for him once, and one night we were watching that show with this guy driving around in a black Hummer fixing up homes. He jumped up and said "thats what this owner Chris Cox of Maximum Cooling was like working for" talking down to all his workers and constanly being out of his league in what he was doing for a living. Whatever personality this guy Armando had (A, B, C, D etc) he said he acted and sounded just like Cox. He is now with a solid company and that company's atmoshere is very healthy (reflecting into his homelife, and mental health), and that leaving Maximum was the best move he ever made. He made the comment that he feels sorry for any young guys going into Maximums office, and thinking so this is what working in the HVAC field is like.
