Of Fort Myers Florida - Members Advantage Directbuy voided my membership because I was not happy with how they did not cure problems

Directbuy in Ft Myers Florida sucks. I looked in the BBB report and they have 4 BBB reports just this year. I ordered cabinets from them and it was a horrible experience. (Omega cabinets) The cabiniets came in defective, some were the wrong finish and others were another style. It took over two months to semi cure my problems with most of my cabinets. The last was a custom cabinet that the first was defective (missing bisquets, screw coming out of the side etc.) it was exchanged and when the new one finally arrived it also was defecitive. Out of square. Direct buy informed me that if I could live with it they would give me a credit that I woyuld be happy with. After all was done they not only refused to give me a credit but told me I should of never installed the cabinet trying to make me the stupid one. When I complained to them about this they made up lies about me and voided my membership. They also made up some phony bills to harass me. Can you believe this?

I called the directbuy corporate office and they were absolutly no help at all.

Be aware Direct buy is not what they say that they are and in my opinion you are better off to keep the $5,000.00 that they charge. It takes too long to make it back. Not a deal.

There were many other problems with them. Although with this problem I stuck to my guns and they kicked me out instead of handling the problem. Then they slandered me!

One more thing the staff is instructed to lie to you concerning calling the directbuy corporate office. They tell members that if they cal corporate that they will be kicked out, this is a lie and should be the first resolution when you hit the Marge wall.
