Website is a scam

My daughter had been begging us to buy her the "as seen on TV" Bendaroos for months. For her birthday, we logged onto their website to order the product.

On the front page of the website, it has you enter all of your credit card info. From there, it proceeds to step you through ALL of their products and offers with each proceeding page. You must click a button to proceed to the next page.

I had clicked on another product on the site, thinking at the end of this process I'd be able to make adjustments to my cart (is in ANY credible merchant's website!).

I wanted to delete the first item I had intended to purchase. When I clicked on the item on the ending page, it said ORDER PROCESSED. I have never seen such a sorry excuse for a website.

Imediately I called their customer service. The first response was, oh you have to call back after lunch b/c you won't be in our system yet. When I called after lunch, someone else said I'd have to call back in 48 hours. I'm sure you can guess that when I called back in 48 hours, the product (s) had already been shipped! Now I have $52 plus worth of these things, as opposed to the original $19 S&H that was intended.

Also, they withdrew the money from my account immediately after this order was placed.

We have yet to try the product, but I have NEVER been so displeased with a company's website before. The are stealing people's money!
