Service doesn't exist in their vocabulary

I have been getting nothing but a run-around with the service manager Mark and the other Manager Howard re: a refund for a product they sold me and they agreed they owe it to me but I have yet to see the money. The receptionist screens the calls or when I do talk to someone they say the check is in the mail.

The company says the are committed to customer service. That is a bunch of bull. They are so quick to get your money in a pre-paid fashion in order to get on the schedule but their promises fall short.

Avoid this company if planning on getting underground sprinklers. They say they are the biggest but I dont belive that the way they treat their customers.

I am going to tell 20 people to never do business with this group of so-called professionals... And so the chain begins...
