A Number Of several Problems confronted while upgrading 2 upstairs bathrooms - July 18-Sept. 18.

1. We believe we'd to supply continuous on-site guidance to recognize errors and mistakes that companies who're more skilled wouldn't have created or might have recognized without our needing to place them out.

3. The master bathtub plumbing hard-inches and electric outlet boxes were mounted improperly. These were fixed just after operator recognized mistakes. We'd to paint many period after-work was allegedly completed, when modifications needed extra wall or roof repairs.

4. The plumber set many openings through the toilet wall in to the hall damaging the corridor picture beyond repair. Their insurance may protect alternative but we'd to purchase the picture and employ anyone to do the job – more trouble, more clutter, additional time.

5. The incorrect corridor shower bottom cupboard, corridor marble sink top and medicine units for both bathrooms were shipped and mounted. We requested square mirrors for both bathrooms but got square mirrors. We permitted the corridor foundation cupboard to remain using the guarantee of the discount, the counter and medicine units were changed but we'd no option about taking the incorrect mirrors.
