AT&T - Allied Interstate
Unautherized additions to my account

Last year 07' I opened a AT&T cell phone account with two lines of service and loaned one phone to a friend. Four months later she was able to walk into the same corp store and add two more lines of service without my knowledge then gave them to her children who proceeded to run up a 2k internet bill. Now at&t says that it was not fraud and the police department says its a civil matter. What can i do? Also allied interstate is calling me day and nite trying to collect on a 3800.00 debt. What can and should i do? Please help!
