Beware of Janiking of Huntsville, they are not trueful and it will be the biggest mistake of your life. My husband and I purchased a franchise and we have been in debt since that purchase. We only make enough monthly to cover the fees that Janiking charge.

They are very helpful until you sign on the dotted line, after that your own your own. On the 10th of the month (the date you pick up your check) the regional owner (Jeff) either hides in his office or leaves the building so he doesn't have to deal with the angry franchise owners. If you confront him he will ban you from the office and mail you your check each month to ensure the new owners can't hear your complaints.

They underbid so you are forced to do most of the work yourself because you can not afford to hire help. They say its your business, but they will pull accounts from you and give it to "another" franchise owner, so he can collect "another" finders fee.

If you want to start your own cleaning business, you can do it without the help of Janiking.
